dll.manifest vs vsto|vstolocal

Hello,

I have installed VS 2008 recently and imported my VSTO 2005 solutions...
My solutions are deployed via windows installer because I need extra registry entries and I also need to distribute aditional files.

In order to update my setup projects I have followed the intructions  in  the following article:

In respect to the registry entrys, I have made the refered changes, and the Manifest key now points to:
[TargetDir]/MyAddin.vsto|vstolocal

However, everytime I recompile my addin project the manifest key automatically changes to:
[TargetDir]/MyAddin.dll.manifest

Any help would be appreciated...
